Raju Marella

With over 40 years of business management experience in leading Indian and multinational organizations, He brings proven expertise in startup management , key account management, and cross-functional leadership.

His strengths lie in building strategic partnerships, driving complex negotiations, and leading high-performing teams across functional domains in a highly regulated and demanding biopharmaceutical world. He was a founder member of Sartorius in India, He played a pivotal role in establishing Sartorius as key technology provider in the region.

He Holds Masters Degree in Business Management and Honors Degree in Life Sciences

Bhimasen Vadavi

Bhimasen is a seasoned Bioprocess Engineering professional with over 25 years of domain expertise and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK. Renowned for his in-depth understanding of complex biopharmaceutical processes, he excels in translating technical solutions into effective responses to customer challenges.

During his tenure at the Sartorius Group, Bhimasen led Process Engineering teams, successfully delivering high-impact biopharmaceutical projects across the world. Beyond project execution, he has mentored and shaped the careers of numerous engineers, many of whom have gone on to become accomplished professionals in the industry.

He also contributes to academia as a Board of Studies advisor for Industrial Engineering at GITAM University, helping to bridge the gap between industry and education.

Ginu George Thomas

Ginu is a seasoned biopharma professional with over 18 years of experience in process engineering and technical sales, combining deep scientific knowledge with strong business insight. He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, along with advanced post-master’s specialization in Biopharmaceutical Engineering.

Ginu has successfully led and managed process engineering teams at Biozeen and Sartorius, contributing to the design and execution of multiple complex biopharmaceutical projects.

His core strengths include bioprocess technology, strategic planning and leadership, and nurturing long-term stakeholder relationships—making him a valuable asset in bridging science, engineering, and business.
